Admissions Process.
Applications are accepted year-round for children between the ages of 6 weeks through 12 years.

This general information form helps determine what your needs are and how Hope Academy can meet them.
3 – Admission
Admission is contingent on successful a application and visit. A $150 registration fee is required to secure enrollment.
4 – Documentation
The following must be submitted for each child: preschool registration form, documentation of immunizations, physical exam form, proof of identity and age.
